Jay Goodwin is co-founder of The Rare Barrel, an all-sour beer brewery in Berkeley, CA. Before managing the 1,000+ sour beer barrels at The Rare Barrel, Jay spent four years working in a 1500 barrel cellar at The Bruery in Orange County, CA. He also hosts a podcast all about sour beer called The Sour Hour on The Brewing Network. Needless to say, Jay loves sour beer!
