Brewery Set-Up: 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM
All set-up completed, no vehicles allowed in the Area after 10:30 am

  • Gates Open: Noon
  • Last Call: 3:50 PM
  • End Event: 4 PM

CCBA Will be providing brewers with the following:

  • 10 x 10 Tent
  • Standard event signage with your brewery’s name to go on the tent
  • Tablecloth
  • 8 ft table
  • 2 chairs
  • 20 gal. Keg Bucket
  • Ice
  • Dump bucket

Brewers will need to provide:

  • Jockey box equipment
  • Any additional signage/ decor for your table and to put up around your booth

2018 Summit Beer Festival: Beer Registration Form

  • Getting your Beer to Sacramento

    Please review options below and select the method your brewery will use to transport your beer to the event:
  • Option 1: Bring it yourself. Brewery set-up begins at 7:00 am- 10:30am for the Summit Beer Festival (Sept. 8 on Capitol Mall)

    Option 2: Drop beer off at DBI Beverage, West Sacramento between Thurs. Aug 23 and Thurs. Aug 30. DBI will transport your beer to the festival on Sat. 9/8/p>

    Option 3 & 4: SoCal Drop-off:

    • San Diego: Drop your beer off at Stone Distribution facility in Escondido between 8/ 23 and 8/30
    • Los Angeles: Drop your beer off at Stone Distribution facility in Downey between 8/ 23 and 8/30

    Option 5:

    • If you are driving your beer up on Wednesday (9/5) , Thursday (9/6) or Friday (9/7) you can drop off beer at the Sacramento Convention Center. CCBA will have cold storage trucks onsite and will transfer the beer to the festival on Sat. 9/8

    Option 6:

    • Your distributor will be dropping off your beer at the Summit Beer Festival on Saturday Sept. 8.

  • Getting your beer home!

    After the festival is over we want to know how you will be picking up your beer. Please Note: For those who plan to drop their beer off at the SoCal Stone Distribution facilities, there will be a truck taking kegs and equipment from Sacramento back down to LA & SD facilities the week after the festival.
  • Beer Brands

  • We are asking brewers to bring a minimum of 2 brands to pour at the festival. We expect to have 4,000 attendees at the event. We will be offering 3 oz. pours and there will be 160 breweries.

    We ask that you bring between half and one full BBL either on draft or case equivalent, of your most popular and/or unique beers.
