Cancellation: 2020 CA Craft Beer Summit

Communities across the State of California and the entire nation are grappling with COVID-19, an unprecedented public health crisis that continues to have ever-expanding consequences for both individuals and businesses. The CCBA team has heard from many brewers about the transitions and evolution your business has had to undertake in order to respond to this global pandemic.

As part of the CCBA’s commitment to the safety and protection of the craft beer community, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 CA Craft Beer Summit, scheduled for Long Beach, Calif., September 9-12.

The CCBA has been actively responding to the needs of its membership during this time, including advocating for economic relief options not just for brewery owners but all businesses that operate within our community. It is essential to the health of this industry that your business succeeds and survives to support the brewing industry on the other side of this crisis. The hard work this association is conducting will continue for many months.

We are truly thankful that so many brewers and craft beer consumers planned to travel to Long Beach and join the industry at this event. As we assess the coming year, we look forward to bringing the tribe of craft brewers back together under safer circumstances. In the meantime, we continue to be here to help your business find the right resources, connect with the brewing industry and support each other during this unprecedented time.

Speakers/Seminars
The CCBA has a wonderful line-up of educational content, trained speakers and experts to provide insight to the beer community. Although we won’t be able to provide these opportunities at the CA Craft Beer Summit 2020 as planned, CCBA will be offering online and remote educational opportunities throughout the coming year focused on the current needs of the industry.
