Firestone Walker Brewing Company presents Deconstructed LA – an exciting beer and food event during L.A. Beer Week.

The event will host the debut of “XV”, Firestone Walker’s 15th anniversary ale, a blend of one of the most unique brews available by Brewmaster, Matt Brynildson. Sean Z. Paxton,  the “Home Brew Chef” will craft dishes to create the perfect food and beer pairing.

“Sean is mildly insane and phenomenally talented; his unbridled imagination and deep understanding of the DNA of beer and food creates a real experience,” said David Walker, co-proprietor of Firestone Walker. “Add that to Matt Brynildson’s equally inspired Anniversary blend and you have something that you’ll not forget.”
