Natalie Cilurzo

Co-Owner, Russian River Brewing Company

Natalie is the Co-Owner of Russian River Brewing Company in Santa Rosa and Windsor, CA.  She and her husband, Vinnie, took over the brand, all beer names and recipes, and some equipment from Korbel Champagne Cellars in 2003. Prior to that she was involved at arms-length with Vinnie’s Blind Pig Brewing Company in Temecula and spent 19 years in the wine industry. Over the past 15 years, the couple have grown their business organically, while developing a strong consumer following for their hoppy ales and sour barrel-aged beers.  Natalie has developed skills and experience in all things related to operating a brewpub, working with wholesalers and accounts, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and more.  She is always an advocate for the craft beer industry particularly in areas of legal issues, such as bootlegging, protecting brand equity and intellectual property.  She proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the California Craft Brewers Association, acting as Board President in 2016 and 2017.

In 2017, Sonoma County endured one of the most devastating wildfires in California history which destroyed more than 5,300 homes and took dozens of lives.  She and her husband quickly mobilized efforts and, with the help of 60 breweries from around the world, raised over $1.1M for fire victims.  In October, 2018, she and Vinnie finished construction on their new dream brewery in Windsor, CA.  Natalie is passionate and enthusiastic about giving back to the community, being involved in the craft beer industry and thrives in helping others succeed.
